We bought a new house with a water issue in the basement. Jay did the work in the basement (weep holes, drain tile) as well as did a French drain and some grading work outside. I am really happy with Jay's work. We have had some pretty considerable rain the past week and everything is dry. Jay kept us in the loop and explained everything. He also was great with our kids (twin 4 year old's). One is very into construction and Jay let him help smooth concrete and other little things. He really enjoyed it. Both Jay and Jackie were stand up people to work with and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing work done.
